See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. The competent supervisory authority is the Portuguese data-protection authority (CNPD). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
Dispute resolution (consumers)
The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and do not generally undertake, to participate in dispute- resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
