How SMMapprove works
In short: your client approves a post with one tap on a link, and you keep a PDF certificate proving they signed off. Below — why it exists and how to use it step by step.
Why it exists
Every social media manager has heard a client say "I never approved that" — after it went live. Their word against yours, rework, damaged trust.
SMMapprove ends that argument. The client confirms the post on a link, and you get official proof:
- 📄 a PDF certificate with the date, time (UTC) and a content hash;
- 🔒 the record is stored securely — it can't be quietly rewritten later;
- 🛡️ peace of mind: you're no longer blamed for what you actually got approved.
What you need to install
Nothing. SMMapprove runs in your browser, and optionally in a Telegram bot. There's no app to install.
Your client installs nothing either. They just open a link and tap a button. No signup, no apps.
Getting started (2 minutes)
1. Go to smapprove.com and sign up (or open the @SMMapproveBot in Telegram).
2. Optionally connect Telegram to get notified when your client responds.
How to use it
- Add a brandAdd the client whose social media you manage.
- Create a postUpload the mockup — text and photo/video, as usual.
- Send the link to your clientThe system creates an approval link. Forward it to your client in any messenger.
- The client approvesThey open the link on their phone, see the post in their language, and tap "Approve" — no signup. Or they request changes.
- You get the certificateA ready PDF approval certificate — your proof, forever.
What your client sees
A clean page with a preview of the post in their language and three buttons: "Approve", "Approve with notes" (approve and leave a comment in one go — the note becomes part of the record) and "Request changes". If they ask for changes, they leave a comment and you're notified right away. No accounts, no apps.
Approving many posts at once (batch)
Every brand also has one permanent review link. Open the brand card in your dashboard and tap "Send N for approval" (or "Copy review link" when nothing is pending) — your client opens a single page with every post that's waiting and can approve them one by one or all at once with "Approve all".
Posts where the client already requested changes are skipped by "Approve all", so nothing gets approved over an open comment. Each approved post still gets its own dated certificate.
What you get
A document with the brand, platform, approval date and time (UTC) and a content hash — in the client's language. The "I never approved that" dispute is closed.
